As a Human Resources Executive at Xcellink, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic, commercial, and operational HR guidance to empower our organization in making informed workforce decisions. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with diverse stakeholders and utilize people analytics to achieve operational excellence while offering valuable insights on organizational design, talent management, learning and development, compensation strategies, and risk management. You will be encouraged to take initiative in daily operations, which encompass crafting job descriptions, conducting screening interviews, and responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Partner with line managers to identify and recruit for critical open positions, ensuring alignment with our organizational mission.
- Recommend alternative sourcing channels and programs to attract top talent that meets our business objectives.
- Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience for new employees, including regular check-ins to integrate them smoothly into our company culture and their roles.
- Assist in the implementation of compensation strategies and programs aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining our talented workforce.
HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, managing processes from onboarding and offboarding to medical benefits, insurance, work injury claims, government survey submissions, training grants, NS Make-up claims, government-paid leaves, and HR reporting.
- Address employee relations matters, conduct thorough investigations, and mediate workplace conflicts to cultivate a positive team environment.
- Ensure accurate management of HR records and personnel files in compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and audit standards.
- Execute payroll processes accurately and on time, adhering to relevant legislation and company policies.
Employee Engagement and Communications
- Contribute to branding and content initiatives across social media and other communication platforms to enhance talent acquisition and retention. Actively advocate for employee-led activities and HR initiatives that promote personal growth, development, and engagement across the region.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging on platforms like LinkedIn and other social media.
- Advise line managers on strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Coordinate and ensure the successful execution of company events including town halls, training sessions, team bonding activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
