The primary goal of the HR Executive is to enhance and support the organization in all facets of human resources operations. This role encompasses core HR functions including personnel management, social welfare initiatives, and the meticulous upkeep of HR records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and interpreting the manpower requirements of clients across diverse skill categories.
- Developing and executing effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Advertising job openings on various platforms including job portals, websites, blogs, and discussion forums.
- Conducting telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates for technical skills, behavioral fit, and stability.
- Facilitating preliminary interviews as per client specifications.
- Maintaining and enhancing candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned targets in line with role expectations.
