Leadership training program certification(s) are preferred.

Role overview

The Human Resources Director partners closely with Operations leadership to provide strategic HR services and consultation for specific client groups. This position plays a key part in identifying and implementing HR solutions that support Crestwood’s mission and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to align HR strategies with company objectives
  • Develop and lead HR Centers of Excellence
  • Deliver HR consultation and support to designated client groups
  • Report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources
  • Travel within California up to 50% of the time

Work arrangement

This is a hybrid position, blending remote work with on-site responsibilities at Crestwood locations as needed.
