**This position is Hybrid, based in Dallas, Texas, or Toronto, Canada, with up to 3 days per week in the office.
What You Will Do:
As an HR Business Partner at Semperis, you will be instrumental in supporting one or more functional teams, ensuring their success while effectively executing people programs that align with our mission and values. You will work closely with functional leaders to enhance engagement, organizational health, performance management, employee development, and policies. Your contributions will directly impact the overall employee experience and facilitate our organization’s growth and scalability.
Work collaboratively with other People Teams to design and implement programs that attract, retain, and nurture a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Establish yourself as a trusted partner for your client groups, which will primarily be revenue-focused (Sales, Operations, Marketing).
Collaborate with executive leadership and team members to meet their people objectives.
Approach HR matters with consideration for compliance and risk mitigation; aid in developing and applying HR policies while managing global employee relations issues.
Build strong working relationships across the organization and with our People Team.
Promote career path development, succession planning, and lead initiatives that you'll have the chance to create from the ground up.
