Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner for the APAC region, covering India and Australia, will take on a proactive role in supporting leadership teams across both countries. This position is pivotal in providing comprehensive HR support while enhancing talent management practices.
Reporting directly to the Global CHRO of DeepHealth, this role is integral to the global HR leadership framework. The HRBP will collaborate closely with regional HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure coherence in talent strategy, performance management, and governance across the regions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with leaders in India and Australia, requiring a pragmatic HR leader who can function at both strategic and operational levels, executing tasks independently within a global matrix environment.
This role emphasizes HRBP responsibilities alongside additional duties focused on talent management, including performance evaluation, managerial competency, and developmental planning. The HRBP will enhance talent attraction, mid-career growth, high-potential identification, structured career paths, and succession planning, ensuring the effective implementation of enterprise HR frameworks.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR leader capable of providing clear guidance to leaders while executing people initiatives in a complex global structure.
