In your daily role, you will:
Serve as the primary contact for all operational People queries, delivering clear and compliant guidance.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all contracts and documentation are accurate for a seamless new joiner experience.
Manage HR systems, uphold data integrity, ensure SOC 2 compliance, and facilitate People reporting across UK and international teams.
