Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the HR database and personnel systems.
- Oversee HR administration and system controls.
- Provide comprehensive HR administration support to the HR Director and Manager, implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Prepare offers, contracts, and general correspondence.
- Organize and administer training programs, including individual, statutory, and group training.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role.
- The right to work unrestricted in the UK.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Word and Intermediate Excel.
- CIPD qualification or progress towards a HR qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of the hospitality or service industry would be advantageous.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am to 5:45 pm.
