About the job

The Human Resource Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the HR team towards providing exceptional HR services across the organization. This role involves proactively guiding best practices in human resource management and stepping in directly to handle casework as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure a holistic HR service delivery.
  • Oversee employee relations, including the management of absences, disciplinary actions, grievances, and health-related issues.
  • Assess employee satisfaction levels and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Performance management: Coach managers on performance-related matters and processes.
  • Learning and development: Offer insights on professional development for managers and their teams.
  • Training: Execute the training and development agenda while identifying areas requiring improvement.
  • Recruitment and retention: Oversee talent management and succession planning, taking charge of recruitment initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide guidance on reward strategies and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Implement new HR policies, procedures, and processes effectively.
