Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure a holistic HR service delivery.
- Oversee employee relations, including the management of absences, disciplinary actions, grievances, and health-related issues.
- Assess employee satisfaction levels and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Performance management: Coach managers on performance-related matters and processes.
- Learning and development: Offer insights on professional development for managers and their teams.
- Training: Execute the training and development agenda while identifying areas requiring improvement.
- Recruitment and retention: Oversee talent management and succession planning, taking charge of recruitment initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide guidance on reward strategies and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Implement new HR policies, procedures, and processes effectively.
