This position focuses on coordinating the annual Leadership Conference (LC) along with a range of affiliated events throughout the year. Regular responsibilities span in-person gatherings such as Donor events, Wednesday CEF, Alpha Staff Day, regional satellite events, and London-based activities including Alpha Collective and Experience Alpha. Main Responsibilities Speaker & Programme Coordination: Manage logistics for seminar, lab, and worship speakers. Tasks include handling contracts, booking travel and accommodation, preparing itineraries, organizing gifts, collecting bios and requirements, tracking expenses, and managing post-event follow-up. Ticketing & Registration Management: Oversee ticketing systems, communicate with guests, process refunds and invoicing, produce reports, ensure GDPR compliance, and supervise e-ticket distribution and registration workflows. Event Logistics & Operations: Develop detailed day plans, collect and deliver technical and logistical requirements, coordinate with internal and external teams, and manage venues, catering, equipment, and floor plans.
