Requirements:HR Policies Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and processes to integrate them seamlessly into our HRIS. Familiarity with Compensation, Performance processes, and Public Service HR practices is advantageous. Enterprise Systems Background: Apply your experience in managing HR transactions, data, and processes within an HRIS. Previous experience with HRIS system implementation, maintenance, and improvement, especially Workday, is highly desirable. Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Interface with stakeholders to pinpoint their challenges, gather feedback, and collaborate with System Integrators and Central Team members to craft effective solutions. Excellent written, oral communication, and documentation skills are crucial. Analytical Thinking and Judgement: Effectively navigate ambiguous situations while adopting a long-term operational perspective to identify opportunities and gaps. Address challenges from a user-centric viewpoint, demonstrating a readiness to co-solution and implement new initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Workday Efficiency: Ensure the Workday environment is optimized for user experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Formulate and maintain scalable HR processes that embody industry best practices.
  • Lead Process Improvements: Identify and drive initiatives for business process re-engineering to enhance productivity through transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Assess User Requirements: Collaborate with users to identify emerging Workday needs and convert these insights into actionable enhancements.
  • Technical Troubleshooting and Innovation: Swiftly address technical issues, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to uphold performance and security standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with agency leaders and IT teams to resolve issues, ensuring effective and consistent solutions across agencies.
  • User Training and Empowerment: Develop comprehensive Workday guidelines and manuals, and conduct training sessions to empower users.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly assess Workday performance, generating insightful reports on operational efficiencies and areas needing improvements.
  • Requirement Prioritization and Planning: Organize and prioritize agency needs, effectively communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest HRIS technological advancements and industry best practices.
