Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive initiatives. Exceptional communication skills and experience collaborating with US headquarters or other global offices.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations and strategic initiatives at our Sofia office. This multifaceted role encompasses both operational HR tasks (payroll, contracts, compliance) and strategic HR responsibilities (culture development, performance management, management partnership). The initial focus will be on managing our relocation project, with the long-term vision extending to comprehensive HR responsibilities across Bulgaria.

This position requires a hands-on individual who can operate independently, take ownership, and advance HR initiatives while fostering collaboration with our global team and headquarters in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all HR operations in Bulgaria, including payroll, contracts, HR administration, and compliance.
  • Act as the primary HR partner for management, providing support in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Drive HR strategy and initiatives, focusing on culture-building activities and employee engagement programs.
  • Oversee relocation projects, ensuring a smooth onboarding and integration process for international hires.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and US headquarters to align with company policies and practices.
  • Provide guidance on local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics and offer insights to support informed decision-making.
