This role offers you the opportunity to build talent pools, engage with communities, and utilize digital tools and social networks to attract top candidates. You will collaborate closely with our HR and recruitment teams, gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to pinpoint potential candidate sources and devise effective engagement strategies while staying updated on industry trends.
  • Build and nurture talent pools tailored for specific roles, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline across various platforms.
  • Engage with potential candidates through diverse channels, including emails, social media, and phone calls, to gauge their interest and inform them about job opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to create captivating social and digital content that enhances our employer brand and attracts prospective candidates.
  • Generate referrals by encouraging employees to recommend qualified individuals through Xcellink's employee referral program.
  • Analyze and report on sourcing strategies, focusing on conversion rates and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Engage with candidates and influencers on social networks to foster relationships and maintain active community interactions.
  • Utilize enterprise software and social networking tools to streamline recruitment processes and efficiently track candidates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address community inquiries and ensure departmental alignment.
  • Collect feedback from social communities to support continuous improvement in recruitment processes and organizational workflows.
