Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership & Consulting: Act as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to the Commercial leadership team. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the revenue organization and collaborate with leaders on team structure, role clarity, and performance management in a fast-paced client environment. Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with Commercial leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Talent Management: Guide leaders in hiring, performance management, and career development to enhance organizational capabilities. Business Acumen: Utilize knowledge of the business and external factors to devise sustainable HR solutions that foster commercial success. Employee Relations: Oversee and resolve intricate employee relations issues, conducting thorough and impartial investigations. Training & Development: Create, develop, and implement customized training programs (e.g., performance management, leadership development, employee lifecycle) for the organization. Performance & Compensation: Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, career development, and compensation best practices.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as the key People partner for our Commercial organization, while also playing a vital role in broader company-wide People initiatives.
In our agile and rapidly growing environment, you will serve as a dedicated partner to our Client-facing leaders and teams, while also contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives such as leadership development, performance management systems, and scalable HR programs.
You will collaborate closely with the HR leadership team and the broader People team to enhance managerial capabilities, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure that our Commercial organization is optimally structured and supported to achieve high performance.
This position requires an individual who is adept at advising leaders on daily team challenges while also constructing the systems and programs necessary to support our growth.
