Gersh Autism is on the lookout for a motivated and seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) to enrich our team. This full-time role will be situated in our Brooklyn and Long Island City schools, directly supporting both locations while also offering HR partnership to additional sites. You will act as a strategic advisor and a collaborative partner to site leadership, nurturing a culture of excellence and employee engagement across multiple locations.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead and support essential HR programs, drive process enhancements, and help establish scalable people strategies that resonate with Gersh Autism’s mission and values. Please note that this position has a strong emphasis on hands-on employee relations.
