We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Business Partner to join our Global Mobility and Internationally Recruited Staff (IRS) team within the Human Resources department. This role will provide strategic HR advisory services and requires a proactive professional with extensive international HR expertise. You will collaborate with leaders to manage complex employee relations globally and serve as a trusted advisor to ensure an outstanding employee experience while aligning with organizational objectives in a diverse, international setting.

This position is based at CIMMYT’s headquarters in Texcoco, near Mexico City.
