Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Directors and below, influencing decisions regarding team design, talent strategy, and business outcomes. Translate R&D priorities into aligned HR strategies, initiatives, and action plans, maintaining a strong advisory relationship with your client groups. Organizational Design & Team Effectiveness: Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing team effectiveness within your client groups by leveraging data and insights for informed recommendations and execution. Collaborate with HRBP leadership on organizational design initiatives, managing analysis, stakeholder preparation, and implementation. Leadership Coaching & Effectiveness: Provide proactive coaching to managers in performance management, team dynamics, and management effectiveness, guiding them through complexities and fostering high-performing teams. Talent Management & Development: Oversee core talent processes from end-to-end for your client groups, including performance management cycles and development initiatives.

Role overview

This HR Business Partner position focuses on supporting the Engineering & Product (R&D) teams across the Americas. The role is based at DoubleVerify’s New York City Global HQ and follows a hybrid work schedule that includes regular in-office attendance.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with HRBP leadership and R&D managers to implement people strategies that strengthen team effectiveness and management skills.
  • Partner with Senior Directors and other leaders to manage day-to-day HR initiatives and ensure alignment with overall HRBP and business goals.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy while supporting talent outcomes for the R&D organization.

Location

This role is based in New York City at DoubleVerify’s headquarters, with a hybrid schedule that requires regular presence in the office.
