We are seeking a skilled HR Business Analyst to deliver comprehensive HR business analysis across assigned projects. This role is crucial in identifying, articulating, and implementing innovative process re-engineering strategies that enhance user experience, support HR processes and technology, and deliver significant value to employees within the Secretariat and the broader Confederation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining HR business and process change requirements through a thorough understanding of business needs.
- Leading business engagements and managing the overall project rollout plan.
- Ensuring that key deliverables meet agreed quality and standards.
You will collaborate closely with the Global PMO function and interface with various teams, including Global Project Managers, Training Coordinators, and Technical Developers, to ensure successful project execution.
As the lead analyst, you will provide consultancy on HR business processes and technology impacts, communicate necessary system and process changes, and support the operational needs of HR. You will work alongside HR Training Managers to develop clear documentation and training materials, advocate for HR solutions, and stay informed on industry trends and technologies.
Utilizing best practice tools and techniques, you will facilitate effective communication and ensure all project documentation is fit for purpose.
