As an HR Administration Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various functions within the human resources division of our company. This position encompasses a broad range of administrative tasks, including documenting employee grievances, managing terminations and absences, and maintaining detailed performance reports and compensation records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the recruitment process by screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates; inform current staff of internal job opportunities; and manage personnel records while liaising with staffing agencies for temporary hires.
- Ensure timely and accurate employee compensation by calculating pay, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records.
- Administer employee programs including student loans, medical insurance, savings bonds, and disability benefits; provide guidance on eligibility, assist with applications, verify submissions, and communicate approvals.
- Oversee unemployment claims by reviewing and substantiating documentation, and coordinating with legal counsel as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive human resources records by documenting new hires, transfers, terminations, and changes in job classifications; track vacation, sick leave, and personal time.
- Conduct employee orientations, providing necessary information packets, reviewing company policies, collecting payroll information, and obtaining signatures for benefit enrollments.
- Document HR activities through accurate completion of forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Enhance personal job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and staying updated with professional publications.
- Contribute to the overall success of the HR department and the organization by achieving related goals as required.
