The Housekeeping Guest Service Representative (GSR) plays a vital role in ensuring a delightful guest experience by preparing immaculate and comfortable rooms swiftly, adhering to the exceptional standards of Red Roof Inn. This position is essential for delivering high-quality service, upholding the Red Roof Inn Hassle-Free Guarantee, and collaborating with fellow hotel team members to maintain room quality while ensuring the safety and security of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

· Foster positive interactions with guests and provide tailored services upon request

· Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms in line with Red Roof Inn expectations (including changing beds, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting)

· Communicate daily with front desk personnel regarding room status, maintenance issues, lost and found items, and any discrepancies

· Inspect room fixtures and accessories, reporting any concerns to maintenance and front desk

· Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are organized and clean

· Adjust heating/cooling equipment as necessary

· Conduct self-inspections of rooms and welcome feedback from management and trained team members

· Adhere to all Red Roof Inn and OSHA safety and security standards

· Cross-train in laundry, maintenance, and/or front desk roles, if possible

· Perform additional duties as assigned
