Salary Range: $64,735 - $115,369 based on experience and education level.

High Tech High (HTH) began its journey in September 2000, founded by a coalition of visionary civic leaders and educators. Initially serving around 450 students, HTH has now grown into a dynamic network of 16 charter schools catering to approximately 6,350 students from kindergarten through grade 12 across four campuses in San Diego County, California.

As an Education Specialist, your role will be pivotal in supporting students with disabilities within the general education framework.

Key Responsibilities:
 
● Deliver individualized instruction and support to students with special needs in inclusive classrooms.
● Collaborate with general education teachers to create tailored goals and objectives, as well as implement strategies to address the needs of students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
● Ensure appropriate accommodations for students with diverse needs to enhance their learning experience.
