Qualifications
Key Qualifications:Experience managing a technical support team (minimum of 3 engineers) and building processes. Deep understanding of network infrastructure (VLAN, QoS, routing, security) for networks with over 200 clients. Expertise in macOS: diagnostics, troubleshooting, optimization, and device management. Experience working with MDM systems (Jamf, FleetDM, or Kandji). Knowledge of hardware: diagnostics, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Skills in working with hardware suppliers and setting up service contracts. Nice-to-have:Experience in automating routine technical tasks. Understanding of Zero Trust principles, IAM, and other corporate security approaches. People Management Skills:Leadership qualities: ability to motivate the team and maintain productivity. Teaching and mentoring ability: explaining complex technical issues in an accessible manner. Stress resilience: ability to calmly respond to critical situations and quickly find solutions. Communication and negotiation skills: effective interaction with internal teams and external suppliers. Attention to detail: monitoring work results and ensuring service quality.
