We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Engineer to join our friendly Infrastructure Operations team within the Infrastructure department.

Key Responsibilities:

— Provide user support (for employees);

— Ensure the operational efficiency of the office;

— Support and upgrade the company's internal services.

Your Future Team:

→ Lead David can teach you how to ask the right questions and find the answers;

→ Team includes: System Administrator, 2 Helpdesk Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Head of Department.

→ Tools: Jira (cat);

→ Team level: Middle & Senior.
