Job Description: PingWind is on the lookout for a dynamic Help Desk Lead/Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing our Help Desk operations. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while supporting our team in triage meetings with stakeholders to gather insights on user-reported issues. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing communications through calls and emails, helping users navigate software and hardware challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and systems, analyzing user problems and delivering timely resolutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for users experiencing difficulties with software and hardware.
• Diagnose issues to determine if they stem from hardware, software, or system-related problems.
• Manage incident management activities, including ticket categorization and entry into tracking systems.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Help Desk Technicians, ensuring efficient operations.
• Develop and maintain scripts, procedures, and templates for the help desk team.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, effectively managing conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure the help desk system is fully operational and meets organizational needs.
