Strong advisory skills to support the Sales team during pre-sales activities by accurately assessing customer needs and conducting product fit/gap analyses. Collaboration with Project Managers during implementation to provide guidance on timelines and efforts required for technical tasks, including those from partners and clients. Engagement with the Project Manager and Implementation Team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Ability to provide realistic estimates regarding Level of Effort and Statements of Work. Commitment to ensuring that technical designs align with use cases and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibility for thorough documentation of solutions, including any partner implementation efforts. Supervision of implementation partner work, coordinating the code review process and managing source control to ensure adherence to documented technical solutions. Ongoing collaboration with implementation partners via regular meetings to monitor progress against documented solutions and timelines. Oversight of the development of custom or site-specific software, which may lead to future product enhancements. Provision of technical support for implementation projects involving custom developments, interfaces, reports, extracts, and data manipulation routines. Consultation on best practices for technical areas related to configuration and infrastructure relevant to the deployment of InterSystems solutions.
