Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Development, Growth & Enablement: Identify, recruit, onboard, and cultivate strategic healthcare partners that can generate substantial pipeline and revenue across North America. Facilitate partner enablement to effectively position, sell, and implement InterSystems healthcare solutions. Ensure partners are well-trained, certified, and aligned to optimally support active sales cycles. Revenue & Pipeline Ownership:Drive revenue sourced from partners, focusing on pipeline creation, deal progression, and forecast precision. Engage in opportunity qualification, deal strategy, pricing discussions, and closing plans alongside partners and InterSystems sales teams. Performance metrics will include pipeline growth, closed-won revenue, and new client acquisition. Go-to-Market Execution:Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. Conduct regular pipeline and deal reviews with partners to prioritize high-value opportunities. Program & Performance Management:Enhance partner engagement within the partner program, ensuring active participation in marketing campaigns, certifications, and sales initiatives that drive revenue outcomes. Hold partners accountable for meeting performance commitments and growth targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales and sales engineering teams to secure deals, accelerate sales cycles, and ensure joint customer success.

As the Healthcare Partner Manager for North America, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through partnerships by identifying, managing, and expanding high-performing relationships within the healthcare sector across the United States and Canada. This position is heavily sales-focused, emphasizing pipeline development, deal execution, and revenue enhancement through collaboration with system integrators, consultancies, and technology partners in the healthcare ecosystem.

Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to uncover, develop, and finalize joint opportunities, expedite deals, and ensure that partners contribute significantly to our growth objectives. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial insights, an ability to influence deal outcomes, and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
