Position Overview
As the Health and Wellness Center (HWC) Manager for Transition-Aged Youth (TAY), you will oversee daily operations at the TAY HWC, ensuring the fulfillment of program goals and compliance with organizational and contractual regulations. Your leadership will ensure the safety and cleanliness of the Center and its surroundings. The TAY HWC, located at 888 Post Street, operates 24/7, providing essential support to homeless and marginalized TAY aged 18-27, helping them achieve stability across ten life domains, including food security, housing, essential life skills, healthcare, mental health support, community building, education, training, and economic mobility.
 
Your role will involve coordinating communication and collaboration with city officials and partner organizations, including the Lower Polk Navigation Center, HSH, and DPH, as outlined in partnership agreements. As a vital member of the Program Leadership Team, you will work closely with various programs to share resources for community impact and tackle inter-departmental challenges.
 
The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to work non-traditional hours, including early evenings, overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends.
