Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles, calibrate candidate evaluations, and finalize offers. Demonstrate exceptional closing abilities to ensure candidates choose Cardless amidst a competitive hiring landscape. Act swiftly to meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining high standards.

We have successfully launched over a dozen credit card programs for innovative companies such as Coinbase, Bilt, and Qatar Airways. The Role

We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to spearhead and enhance our recruiting efforts at Cardless. Reporting directly to our COO and collaborating closely with our founders, you will play a vital role in our hiring initiatives. This position demands hands-on involvement as we regard hiring as the most impactful element of our operations. Your contributions will significantly influence our business trajectory over the coming year.

As our first full-time recruiting hire, you will have the chance to build upon an existing foundation established through outsourced recruiters and fractional support. This is your opportunity to shape the recruiting function in alignment with your vision while maintaining the momentum we have already established.

With ambitious growth plans for the next year, you will own the entire hiring process from sourcing to closing candidates, while also developing a small team to enhance your effectiveness. This role is intensely hands-on, as we are not looking for a leader who prefers to manage from a distance.
