What You'll DoDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of architects, engineers, builders, and developers. Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and inbound leads. Present compelling product demonstrations that effectively showcase Spacial's value and ROI. Manage the complete sales process from initial discussions through to closing, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets. Negotiate and finalize agreements that foster customer success and establish long-term partnerships. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance positioning, messaging, and customer feedback mechanisms. Represent Spacial at industry events, conferences, and key networking opportunities to enhance market visibility. What You Bring3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, proptech, or AEC-focused technology. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage sales pipelines, and close deals effectively. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.
