If you are curious or passionate about venture capital, you might be our next Head of Sales and Partner Relations in Denmark.

Your Mission

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales and Partner Relations to lead our Danish office in Copenhagen towards continued growth and success. You will be responsible for crafting the sales strategy, driving commercial expertise, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a natural ability to build trust and connections with people. You are also extremely driven, hands-on, and capable of inspiring a high-performance team.

Currently, CVX consists of 20 ambitious and talented individuals in Copenhagen, London & Oslo.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement your sales strategy
  • Build a robust lead generation system
  • Drive sales and continuously meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Upon achieving certain sales goals, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a top-tier sales team
  • Actively participate in budgeting and set goals for the organization
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to enhance performance
  • Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.
  • Work closely with and collaborate with other leaders
  • Report directly to the CEO.
