Your Role and Impact
As the Head of Marketplace for Land-based products, you will be pivotal in defining the future of our Accommodation and Transfer offerings. You will spearhead the creation and execution of a bold, customer-focused vision that enhances our market share, boosts customer satisfaction, and increases overall profitability. Your role will involve coordinating and implementing changes that prioritize both the customer and supplier experience across their entire journey, collaborating with our Commercial and Technology teams to achieve our objectives. Additionally, you will act as the principal commercial stakeholder for our Search platform team, partnering closely to develop a strategic tech roadmap that supports our growth and fulfills our customer vision in all markets.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Develop and take ownership of the strategy to expand our accommodation vertical as part of our dynamic package offerings at both the company and destination level.
Lead our Land Marketplace team, ensuring the successful execution of our customer vision for Land Products.
Collaborate with the Land Supply team to drive growth for the Land P&L, addressing issues such as range gaps, cost competitiveness, hotel investments, and quality improvements with a holistic approach.
Serve as the primary business stakeholder for our search platform team, establishing the commercial framework for their priorities and engaging in customer, market, and product exploration to maintain our competitive edge.
