The Role
As TierZero's inaugural marketing hire, you will collaborate closely with our founding team to transform our vision into impactful marketing strategies. This is an opportunity for you to craft campaigns, develop engaging content, and establish a brand identity that resonates with engineering leaders. We seek a marketer who thrives at the intersection of product and brand marketing, with a keen understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies. During the selection process, we will assess your innovative approaches to utilizing AI and automation in your work. What You'll Do
Product Marketing
Lead the messaging and launch strategy as we expand our offerings beyond incident response to a comprehensive suite of production agents.
Cultivate deep insights into the needs and preferences of key stakeholders, including VP of Engineering, VP of Infrastructure, and CTOs focused on engineering.
Develop competitive intelligence, create battlecards, and build sales enablement resources to streamline the sales process.
Brand
Articulate and elevate TierZero's brand through consistent and engaging content across our website, marketing materials, events, and social media platforms.
Ensure that every touchpoint clearly communicates how TierZero stands apart from traditional incident management solutions and legacy platforms.
Serve as the internal champion for brand quality and creative direction.
