We are seeking a Head of IT to join the SKELAR team—an ecosystem dedicated to building international IT businesses with high ambitions. This role is tailored for a technical leader ready to take full responsibility for corporate infrastructure strategy, budget management, and the transformation of access and security processes.
Your mission will be to create a scalable & secure environment where technology facilitates rapid business growth rather than creating obstacles. You will lead a team of system administrators and HelpDesk engineers, overseeing the implementation of ITSM, the development of Identity Management (IAM), and the architecture of Zero Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security:
Establishing a Unified Identification System: Implementing and developing an IAM strategy (based on Okta or Google Identity). Configuring SSO, MFA, and access policies to corporate resources;
Implementing ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access): Transitioning from traditional VPNs to modern secure remote access solutions (Cloudflare Zero Trust, Zscaler, etc.);
Google Workspace Management: Expert administration of the domain, configuring data security (DLP, Context-Aware Access), conducting audits, and automation (GAM).
2. IT Service Management (ITSM) and Processes:
Fostering a Service Culture: Building transparent Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes based on Service Desk systems (Jira Service Management);
SLA & Metrics: Developing and monitoring service quality metrics, analyzing team effectiveness, and implementing improvements based on data;
Automation: Minimizing manual operations (Onboarding/Offboarding employees) through the integration of HRIS, IdP, and MDM systems.
3. Infrastructure Management and Budget:
People Management (8+ engineers): Managing a mixed team (SysAdmins + HelpDesk). Recruitment, motivation, performance reviews, and developing technical leaders;
Office Infrastructure: Ensuring the operational integrity of network infrastructure (Cisco/Ubiquiti/Aruba), Enterprise Wi-Fi, surveillance systems, and access control systems across all locations;
Budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX): Strategic planning of IT budgets.
