About the Role Dex is looking for a Head of Engineering who enjoys building great products and strong teams. This is a hands-on leadership role. The current engineering group has three skilled team members and is set to double soon. The Head of Engineering will help grow the team, work directly on product development, and shape technical direction. This position works closely with the founder and is a key part of the leadership team, responsible for the technology roadmap and making decisions about how resources are used.
