- Forecasting equipment and ingredient needs based on inventory levels and anticipated demand.
- Coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Addressing any culinary issues or quality concerns promptly.
- Leading the recruitment, management, and training of kitchen staff to build a cohesive team.
- Supervising the performance and workflow of kitchen personnel.
