What You Will BringA Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in hardware or battery development. Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

We are seeking a passionate Technical Program Manager to oversee our battery module projects from initial concept through to mass production. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, hardware engineers, supply chain experts, industrial designers, and various other cross-functional teams to drive the development of consumer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional hardware initiatives, utilizing your product development knowledge to manage battery programs across diverse product lines from inception to completion.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, assess risks, manage timelines, including design, release phases, and testing, while effectively communicating with cross-functional partners throughout the organization.

  • Facilitate the planning and execution of customer features alongside cross-functional teams to achieve roadmap objectives, tracking progress, analyzing risks, resolving execution challenges, and providing status updates.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive battery program schedules, address technical challenges, oversee design release processes, certification, manufacturing, and allocate resources in collaboration with engineering teams.

  • Manage communication regarding progress and status with stakeholders and leadership across multiple locations and time zones, fostering and maintaining relationships between cross-functional teams.

  • Identify and proactively resolve key program impediments while implementing lean processes tailored to the organization.
