About Our Team
The Datacenter Operations team is pivotal to our rapid expansion, responsible for the deployment and management of our hyperscale datacenters. This team oversees the entire lifecycle of our hardware fleet, ensuring that our infrastructure solutions are both scalable and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
Install, deploy, and assist in the configuration of server and networking equipment.
Participate in rotating shifts and be available for on-call duties to meet our 24/7 service-level agreements (SLAs).
Replace server and network components as necessary while ensuring asset tracking accuracy.
Assist in network troubleshooting, including cable diagnostics and replacements.
Ensure high levels of system reliability by efficiently managing and resolving support tickets, including escalations from junior technicians.
Act as the first response for onsite incidents, coordinating with subject matter experts in datacenter engineering and infrastructure.
Provide onsite support for various initiatives while fostering positive collaborative relationships with customers, partner teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting server hardware, including server boot issues (POST, BIOS, PXE, IPMI, BMC).
Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and familiarity with network hardware (console, copper/fiber cabling, switches, routers).
Basic knowledge of Linux administration.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with GPU servers (H100, B200, GB200, etc.).
Diploma or professional certifications related to hardware operations.
