Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, R&D, operations, and management, to ensure efficient product production. Work closely with the R&D team to support new product introduction (NPI) activities for next-generation products. Independently navigate and resolve complex project challenges with tight schedules. Coordinate with SubPac's industrial design, mechanical engineering, and Asian manufacturing teams to address engineering and manufacturing issues as they arise. Validate and implement changes, providing necessary documentation to the item specification (including BOM, schematics, data sheets, product costing, etc.). Familiarity with Arena PLM or similar systems is a plus. Apply design for manufacturing (DFM) principles and best practices. Contribute to the ongoing development and revision of our product roadmap, prioritizing features with the product development team. Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of relevant experience in hardware engineering. Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering principles. Experience in consumer product development. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
