Role overview The Legal Counsel position is a full-time, exempt role based onsite in Long Beach, California. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role joins a growing legal team supporting Vast’s ambitious projects. Main responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on supply chain and manufacturing agreements (about 60% of the role). Support the medical team with legal guidance (approximately 20%). Advise on legal issues related to the design and construction of human-rated space stations. Participate in special legal projects as assigned (about 20%). Location This role is based in Long Beach, California. Regular onsite presence is required.
