The Hardware Architect will play a crucial role in defining the architecture that meets OEM requirements, selecting components, and generating Bills of Materials (BoM). This position involves guiding integrators, module owners, software engineers, mechanical teams, and testing personnel to successfully achieve project objectives. The architect will be responsible for the hardware development in XC products related to connected solutions, including Cockpit products and ADAS integration platforms. Proficiency in circuit calculation, simulation, and testing of Electronic Control Units (ECUs) using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, multimeters, and other essential electronic components is required.
Key responsibilities include integrating hardware modules to create functional schematics, developing test specifications, and coordinating with plant, mechanical, and software teams on hardware topics and HSI definition. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with a diverse range of hardware components such as MOSFETs, BJTs, Op-amps, regulators, and microcontrollers is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
