We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can swiftly adapt to the changing needs of our guests. You should possess the ability to engage and connect with guests, coupled with a creative and forward-thinking mindset. Additionally, you will demonstrate:Outstanding command of spoken and written English along with a high level of IT proficiency;A professional appearance and demeanor;Prior supervisory experience in a customer service capacity;Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities;Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service;Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations;The capacity to work various shifts, specifically a 4 on 4 off schedule.

About the job

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Guest Relations Manager who will serve as the primary liaison for our VIP and regular guests during their stay. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all hotel departments are informed about each guest's specific requirements at all times;
  • Acting as a key contact for long-stay guests to guarantee they enjoy an extraordinary experience;
  • Creatively managing and resolving guest concerns to exceed expectations;
  • Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of all hotel facilities and services, actively identifying up-selling opportunities;
  • Creating unforgettable moments for guests through personalized recognition options, amenities, and special events;
  • Adhering to policies and procedures while utilizing front-of-house equipment and property management systems;
  • Supporting the Reception team and other departments as required;
  • Serving as the Duty Manager, ensuring compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
