The GTM leaders we onboard in Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing will play a crucial role in scaling revenue, nurturing customer relationships, and positioning Vibe as a leader in the CTV space.

Your Mission
Vibe's exponential growth is driven by our go-to-market team, which serves as the engine behind our revenue generation. This role is vital for achieving our ambitious objective of 2.5x revenue growth, focusing on attracting top-tier Sales and Marketing leaders who can excel in the AdTech arena. You will report directly to the new Head of Talent Acquisition at our New York City headquarters.
What You Will Do
High-Performance Recruiting
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring a swift and high-quality candidate pipeline.
Identify and engage elite talent from top-tier AdTech and FAANG companies through proactive outreach.
Collaborate with GTM leadership to refine candidate profiles, aligning recruitment efforts with ambitious revenue goals.
Brand & Process
Promote the Vibe mission to the market, establishing a compelling employer brand that attracts top-tier sales professionals.
Enhance the GTM interview process, ensuring high standards while facilitating rapid feedback cycles.
We’d Love to Work With You If
You possess a proven history of successfully recruiting high-performing sales talent within the US AdTech or SaaS sectors.
You have successfully attracted top talent from renowned organizations (e.g., Google, Amazon, The Trade Desk).
You bring experience in navigating complex offer negotiations that involve high on-target earnings (OTE) structures and equity considerations.
