Anaplan is seeking a GTM Strategy and Planning Specialist - EMEA to enhance our EMEA Field Operations team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to learn from industry experts and build robust operational skills in a dynamic SaaS environment. You will report to the Senior Director of Field Sales Operations and collaborate closely with sales leaders, managers, and Account Executives to elevate sales execution and business performance across the region.

You will assist in critical operational activities such as reporting, forecasting, pipeline insights, territory planning, and sales enablement. We seek detail-oriented candidates who are eager to learn and driven to contribute to the success of our EMEA Sales team. This position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, hands-on learning experiences, and the opportunity for growth within a high-achieving Sales Operations organization. Ideally, you will be based in London, United Kingdom.

Your Impact

 • Support Regional Sales Leadership with territory updates, quota administration, forecasting routines, and pipeline reporting.
 • Assist in preparing standardized reports, dashboards, and documentation to enhance visibility and efficiency for the sales team.
 • Track key performance metrics such as pipeline coverage, win/loss trends, and quota progress, providing preliminary insights.
