About The Role
We are seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to redefine our go-to-market strategies within the Healthcare sector. This position is integral to the Sales team and focuses on translating customer insights and deal signals into actionable GTM strategies, systematic execution, and scalable frameworks. You will spearhead significant GTM initiatives, collaborate directly with Account Executives on active deals, and ensure our tools, data, and processes facilitate expedited sales cycles and implementation-ready agreements as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer interactions, win/loss statistics, competitive landscape, and sales outcomes to identify winning strategies, converting insights into clear GTM directives.
Lead and implement cross-departmental GTM strategies that enhance sales speed, conversion rates, and deal quality throughout the Healthcare sales process.
Collaborate closely with AEs to refine value propositions, measure ROI, and distinguish EliseAI in complex sales scenarios involving multiple stakeholders and established competitors.
Develop and optimize GTM playbooks for sales strategy and execution, ensuring that insights translate into consistent results.
Oversee and adapt Healthcare-focused GTM strategies to align with evolving market demands.
