About The Role
We are seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate who will spearhead projects and glean strategic insights that drive growth. This role transcends traditional operations; we want someone who is eager to engage with customers, understand value drivers, and collaborate closely with sales, product teams, and leadership to scale successful initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in how we position, market, and deliver our products.
This position is perfect for someone with a background in consulting or high-performance strategy, ready to take charge of results rather than just advising. You will have the opportunity to act swiftly, work across departments, and impact everything from sales strategies to customer expansion and enterprise pricing.
Key Requirements
Analyze customer conversations, win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Lead and implement projects to enhance sales velocity, conversion rates, and expansion results.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and clients to refine value communication, demonstrate ROI, and differentiate from competitors.
