We are seeking a talented GTM Operations Engineer who will play a crucial role in enhancing our pipeline management, opportunity workflows, deal acceleration, and seamless post-sale handoffs. You will collaborate closely with our go-to-market leaders to translate ambitious goals into efficient, scalable systems. Your expertise will help identify gaps, address edge cases, and ensure our entire funnel—from the initial customer meeting to renewal—operates with efficiency and intelligence.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the systems that support our opportunity management, sales transitions, forecasting, and post-sale workflows.
Design AI-driven automations that highlight next-best actions, initiate timely follow-ups, and enhance deal velocity.
Integrate GTM tools into a unified stack, continuously evolving it as we scale.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer teams to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Strike a balance between long-term scalability and immediate responsiveness; as we experience rapid growth, we need systems that can adapt swiftly.
