Key Responsibilities:As a key contributor, you will take the lead on operations and strategy to enhance our top-of-funnel pipeline in collaboration with our Business Development team. This role involves close partnership with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Business Intelligence to ensure go-to-market success through process optimization and insightful data analysis. You will provide guidance on forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning. A hands-on approach combined with a strategic outlook on future adaptations is essential. Proven experience in a dynamic, rapidly growing SaaS environment and a strong aptitude for impactful analytics are crucial for success in this role. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations. This is a hybrid opportunity based in our San Francisco office, requiring in-office attendance at least twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaborative efforts. Additional in-office days may be necessary for team or company events.
