You will have the opportunity to engage directly with initiatives that foster customer acquisition, partnership development, and market positioning, gaining invaluable experience in crafting go-to-market strategies at an innovative AI startup.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Partner Engagement:
• Conduct outreach to potential customers and partners: Identify, research, and connect with strategic accounts through emails, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Manage relationship-building: Ensure ongoing engagement through timely follow-ups and meetings.
• Collaborate on business solutions: Work with prospects to identify their needs and craft compelling use cases showcasing Manus's value.
• Assist in sales discussions: Collaborate with business executives and decision-makers to align on objectives and support deal progression.
Community & Events:
• Organize community events: Oversee the full lifecycle of event planning, from ideation to execution.
• Manage event logistics: Ensure all operational details are handled for successful events.
• Cultivate community engagement: Develop and implement strategies to grow and connect the Manus user community.
• Facilitate community connections: Create opportunities for community members to engage with each other and the Manus team through challenges and learning sessions.
Operations & Enablement:
• Oversee CRM management: Track leads and partnership pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring data integrity and follow-up.
• Develop customer success playbooks: Create onboarding materials that enhance product adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Growth to ensure strategic alignment.
• Align product capabilities with market demands: Understand Manus's offerings to effectively address customer challenges.
