Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a GTM Engineer who will architect and manage the infrastructure that propels our go-to-market strategy. This position transcends traditional growth marketing or demand generation roles.
The successful candidate will not engage in campaign management or channel optimization. Instead, they will focus on constructing a cohesive, system-level GTM engine that encompasses:
- Identifying target accounts
- Detecting buying signals
- Enhancing and organizing data
- Initiating timely actions
- Driving continuous conversion improvement through experimentation
This role operates at the nexus of growth, RevOps, and data engineering, with the individual acting as the steward of pipeline generation.
Key Responsibilities
- TAM Mapping and Targeting Strategy: Establish and uphold the addressable account universe. Develop ICP models, account scoring frameworks, and segmentation logic to ensure GTM activities target the highest-fit, highest-intent accounts.
- Signal Detection and Intent Monitoring: Create systems to capture first-party, second-party, and third-party signals throughout the TAM. Recognize buying triggers such as job transitions, hiring trends, engagement levels, website activities, partner referrals, and lookalike behaviors, then operationalize these insights into timely GTM actions.
- Account-Based GTM Infrastructure: Design and build the foundational infrastructure for account-based motions, including targeting workflows, enrichment pipelines, trigger-based prospecting systems, and lifecycle automations that bolster a sales-led GTM model.
- Systematic Pipeline Generation: Develop scalable outbound and pipeline generation systems from the ground up: enrichment logic, signal-triggered campaigns, AI-assisted personalization, routing logic, and human review checkpoints, all converging to produce a qualified pipeline.
- Tiered GTM Workflows: Create differentiated workflows for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 accounts. Construct systems that facilitate deeper personalization and multi-threading for priority accounts, while enabling efficient automation and scaled outreach across the broader account base.
- Outbound Infrastructure: Own the technical backbone of outbound activities, from account research and enrichment to prospecting logic, sequencing infrastructure, and workflow automation.
- Lifecycle Automation: Develop comprehensive lifecycle systems that interconnect signals, account stages, outreach strategies, and more.
