Role Overview
We are in search of a dynamic Growth Marketing Product Manager to spearhead acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies for our digital exchange platform. You will be responsible for creating product-led growth initiatives, including referral systems, incentive structures, and lifecycle experiences integrated within the app. Collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams, you will conduct experiments, analyze user behavior, and refine funnels. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with robust analytical skills to deliver impactful, scalable growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement growth features such as referral and loyalty programs to enhance user sign-ups, engagement, and retention.
Identify and deploy growth loops, viral mechanics, and incentive strategies that augment user lifetime value.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate referral features into the app experience.
Analyze key funnel metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and partner with the marketing team to optimize campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing and utilize behavioral insights for ongoing optimization.
Oversee marketing automation, attribution tracking, and CRM strategies to enhance user reactivation.
